Policy 360 Voices works from the ground up — starting with community-based engagement, building confidence and understanding, and supporting women’s lived experiences to reach policy spaces.

Community Engagement

We establish locality-based groups that provide safe, supportive spaces for women who feel disconnected from traditional civic or women’s organisations. Our work is trauma-aware, non-judgemental and grounded in trust.

Policy
Engagement

We support women to engage constructively with decision-makers by building understanding of how policy works and helping translate lived experience into clear, confident communication. This includes briefings, meetings and structured dialogue.

Research &
Insight

Our research centres lived experience and community knowledge. Through surveys, focus groups and qualitative engagement, we generate evidence that challenges assumptions and informs more inclusive policy and peacebuilding practice.
