Where Working-Class Women Shape the Future
Our mission is to ensure that loyalist, unionist and working-class women have the confidence, skills and opportunities to influence policy and participate meaningfully in peacebuilding and civic life.
Why Policy 360 Voices Exists
Policy 360 Voices was established in response to clear evidence that loyalist and unionist women remain largely absent from policy and peacebuilding processes, despite being deeply affected by political and social decisions.
Research carried out by our founder consistently showed that many women had never been consulted, felt disconnected from traditional women’s organisations, and lacked safe spaces to explore identity, voice and engagement. Policy 360 Voices exists to bridge that gap — supporting women to build confidence, articulate their experiences and engage on their own terms.
