We work with loyalist, unionist and working-class women who have been excluded from policy and peacebuilding, supporting them to build confidence, find their voice and engage constructively with decision-makers.
Policy 360 Voices is a Northern Ireland–based charity working at the intersection of community, policy and peacebuilding. Grounded in lived experience and research, we create safe, supportive pathways for women whose voices are rarely heard to influence decisions that affect their lives.
